Got ignored for the remainder of the time I was there, it wasn't at all busy and I was actually looking for advice. Hung around for at least 15 mins and walked out. You lost a sale BB&T and someone working in customer service, you should be ashamed - Lucy Mitchell Added March 30, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately the few good staff here are overshadowed by incredibly rude manager, Kerry, and the appalling communication from BBNT head office.
I paid $500+ for bedding, the quilt cover I had to wait for which was fine but Kerry’s lack of customer service skills was far from fine. She practically couldn’t be bothered finding my order which was taking a while and passed the blame onto her own team of staff. When trying to resolve an issue Kerry will happily talk over the top of you and come up with an excuse to anything. After sending an email to customer service online regarding the way she speaks to customers she magically found my order straight away and left an incredibly condescending voicemail!
The staff at head office failed to get back to me too so thanks to all this, I happily refunded all my purchases and won’t be shopping at any BBNT again
