Frantic day with a crowd of younger buyers some accompanied by bemused parents determined ro spend and spend.
The range of product was was very good but mainly aimed at the younger age group.
The floor staff were run off their feet providing assistance and advice.

I went to the counter and asked to refund a jacket I ordered online which was too big. The young girl at the desk who was on her own guided me to the jackets and then took off with not even a sorry I need to go. So that was ok but rude. I continued to look around to find something and I did. I then proceeded to go to the service desk to pay. Another young girl was abrupt asking me where the jacket was. How would I know I left it at the desk. Walked away and the other young girl abruptly just pointed to it. Not nice pleasant customer service at all. Not one smile. I admit she did ask what’s on for my day and then didn’t care to listen was looking around and didn’t respond. Far out do some training on simple customer service. Vent over. Walked out feeling deflated.
