I phoned up the store to check before I went there, to bring back a faulty item I had bought the day before, not once was I told the manager was not in the store...... The girl on the phone even put the right size out the back for me.
I went out of my way to go home get the receipt and tag to make a special trip to Robina, only to get there and they tell me the manager was not there and nothing could be done. This is poor customer service as far as I'm concerned I will not purchase another Lorna Jane product, to be treated like that. I work in retail myself, I treat customers to the highest standard, I expect the same.
Saturday afternoon........ and what, there is no one that can authorise a swap. The staff member was really friendly and helpful, checking up on me in the change room and offering to grab another size if needed. Had a great experience and left with a few items. I had previously hesitated to shop at Lorna Jane because of their prices, but the styles I purchased are great quality - so you really get what you pay for. I'll definitely be back for more!
