  I’m very disappointed in spec savers Robina. Advised at the completion of my appointment that my new glasses will be available in 2 weeks. I went into the store 19 days after my original appointment only to be informed that glasses may take up to 3 weeks. When I asked could I expect my glasses by the 21st day. I was advised that my glasses were still at the lab!!! With no expected eta of delivery!!!. This is not good enough. I have paid for your product and service. To add further insult I’m advised that we are coming into a “busy” period. To complete the very unsatisfactory experience at your store I’m offered the parting remark of “have a nice day” issued with the appropriate amount of sarcasm you can expect from a 20 ish year old. This will be the last product I will get from spec savers. I’m fortunate to have private health cover so I will source another preferred provider going forward.

  So glad I went to Specsavers at Robina Town Centre.
  *All* the staff were so welcoming, communicative, professional, and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with clear information. I met the beautiful Donna, who was so patient, kind, and helpful when I was choosing frames for my new specs. Donna offered suggestions for frames and I appreciated her honesty in saying when frames didn't suit my face. I felt I wasn't being pandered to and being sold something that didn't really suit me just for the sake of it. The follow up service has been exemplary. Shopping for new specs can be tedious and frustrating, but this experience was actually really enjoyable.

  Went to get my eyes tested as they were getting watery by the end of the day to find out I needed glasses for work.
  All the staff were super lovely but Donna helped me with the choosing my glasses and she was so incredible patient.
  Went back recently to get another pair and a pair of sunglasses and once again Donna went above and beyond.
  She deserves recognition for her amazing customer service skills!

  I have been going to this Optometrist for years now and they have never wavered in their complete professionalism. Staff are friendly and informative and you are not treated like a number. The choice of glasses are great and they have good specials . I am able to see the same Optometrist each visit which I also like.
