  Unprofessional, unhelpful, don’t care! I am trying Telstra pre-paid and every time I load $30 or $50 it lasts just 1 or 2 hours before I am told I have no credit left. I have lost over $200 trying to figure it out. I don't watch movies or download anything .
  
  At Robina they told me I have not lost the credit and I am good to go. But while trying to make a call or get on-line in front of the staff, they cannot figure out why their message says 'I have no credit to make a call', and cannot explain why I cannot open the internet.
  
  Eventually they gave up and fed me lies! They said "it must be your handset ...it just uses a lot of data" I said what??? She said because of the damage!! I said what damage?? She said "the water damage" as she pointed to my sparking new iPhone 6 that has never even been in touch with so much as moisture...and not a scratch on it.
  
  They couldn’t figure it out so made up rubbish to get rid of me. So Telstra have my money, but I have no credit.
  
  I returned and told the irritating 'Floor manager' that I had a terrible experience, and he sided with his staff! Goodbye forever Telstra I will remember this and speak of it for as long as I live.

  Absolutely useless and extremely terrible, went back three times to fix the sim card they changed over which they then wiped out the extra phone added to my account! Never again...

  Virtually useless; call Telstra instead. They're trying to play pretend and be a faux Apple Store, but nobody knows how to fix my problem nor give feedback to the company over their rotten Telstra 24/7 app which can't show how much data I've used.
  There's a reason I sold half my Telstra shares years ago.

  I couldn't fault my experience in store this morning. I have to mention how AMAZING Kristy is, went in wanting to upgrade my older iPhone and was helped from start to finish! Ended up with a brand spanking new phone and a plan that suits me much better along with a couple add ons I would never have known I could get! After my partner passing away recently and feeling very low Kristy truly gave me something to smile about & made me feel spoiled and I'm so happy I came in! Highly recommend seeing her for all your Telstra needs ❤️
