    Excellent customer service from Joel, extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile with any questions or requests we had with our car. You get the detail and thoroughness from a small business workshop but from a big name dealer. Highly recommend.

    No signage for Holden parts and the receptionist is clueless. Drove for 30 minutes based on her telling me parts close at 5. They were closing minutes after we spoke. And she had no idea where the parts department even is.

    To the staff in the Nissan service department, a massive thank you for sorting things out for me. The one saving grace was you lot

    If you like your car money and time avoid Von Bibra like the plague. They took 1300% longer than they said they would. Didn’t manage to competently complete the jobs asked.
    Didn’t do all the jobs asked. Damaged other parts of the car. Overpriced replacement parts. Recommend replacement parts that could be repaired.
    Lied about work completed.

    They couldn’t even figure out that if you drain the radiator coolant you need to run the engine and then top it up again. Car returned coolant reservoir empty.
