It was clear the staff knew what they were doing when they just got in there & got the job done after attempts to cheer up my 3.5yo daughter didn't work! They were friendly, helpful & understanding and really made our twins 1st haircut experience one to remember with their 'Baby's First Haircut Package'; cut, keepsake certificate & lock of hair, plus then went the extra mile treating them to a mini side braid & 'fairy glitter' (hairspray) and never to be underestimated.. 'well done' lollypop @ the end! The bright & colourful salon is appealing & accommodating to little one's with a distraction DVD screen and playroom, but my only 'would of been better if..' comment is if they had 2x 'girl'/'boys' chairs to accommodate same sex siblings @ the same time (I think this was the only reason my daughter was crying!)
