  Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a Coles. Have only visited this store maybe twice in a year. Some products were out..supply issues apparently. Everything item I wanted had a person stocking the shelves in front of it. Had to go to another chain to get what was supposedly out of stock. Only ended up spending 24$ instead of possible 60$..

  Amazing customer service noticed a product out of stock asked a night fill staff member for assistance Seth... he helped ran out back and brought me what I wanted

  Terrible customer service from checkout worker ..been a regular for years at this store and twice now found this lady worker awful.. will not be going back .worst is I was told she is a supervisor ..great example for coles employees

  the reusable cutlery set 12 piece has the WORLDS WORST SPOON! the spoon can physically can not fit in your mouths! it’s like a ladle! do better coles!

  I found the young lady at the Deli department very rude.
  I went to get mortadella on the 10/03 morning and I asked the lady if I could get the mortadella thinly sliced.
  She showed me her first slice and I asked if I could have it thinner. She rolled her eyes and threw her first slice in the bin.
  I’m sorry love if you don’t like your job, there are plenty around.

  As super market goes, the new Coles is well designed and have a good variety of gluten free products
