  I can not speak more highly of, or recommend fineline jewellers enough after recently having my engagement ring designed there. From the first moment of contact to the pick up, the customer service was outstanding and Elly made the process so seamless. I am so glad I did the research and chose fineline jewellers to make my ring. I could not be happier with the result- the ring is stunning!

  Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Fine Lines. It was the first one we visited and were 99% sure we wanted to go with them once we walked out but went to a few other jewelers just in case - the others didn’t feel as welcoming or have the style we liked. We were a bit overwhelmed and had no idea what the process would be of designing a ring, Elly was absolutely fantastic and made the whole process feel so easy and relaxed. Communication from them was great and my dream ring was made within the timeframe we needed for a visit back home. The ring itself is stunning, I’ve had so many compliments on it already. Elly is a fantastic designer and the ring feels very sturdy on despite being such a delicate design. Thanks Elly and Ben and the rest of the team!

  After visiting a number of jewellers, I came across Finelines and organised an appointment to discuss my ideas and options.
  
  From the get go, Ben’s professionalism and creative skill stood out from the rest. He whipped up a sketch of what was in my mind and was confident that he could work with the stones I had to create the set I imagined.
  
  Communication was clear throughout the process and my last minute design additions were accommodated ☺️
  
  Would highly recommend Finelines; I am already dreaming up what else I can commission from their team.

  I couldn't be happier with the service, workmanship & over all experience I had with Finelines. I certainly have a statement ring. Using a ring from my Nana, my Mum & some of my own, Finelines created my 3 Generation ring. I absolutely love it.

  I recently had a custom bangle made from my mother's rings as a memorial. Ben and the team from Finelines Jewellers were so helpful and patient in helping me with the design . The finished product is even more beautiful than I imagined.
  The communication, Design process, Quality and price was excellent. I am extremely happy with the finished piece and would highly recommend them to anyone.
