  I went for the first time in this store, to get my manicure done, when she did the nail cuticles she cut me 4times with it! And I bled 4 times.... So I will never go back there ever again!

  I visited this store for the first time today and was lied to about how long the service would take (I was told 45-60mins and it took over 2 hours), the staff member doing my pedicure and manicure changed 5 times, and hour of the two hour service was spent just sitting and waiting to be attended to. I was also lied to about the pricing, they quoted me for a manicure and a spa pedicure but only performed a buff and shellac polish on my nails rather than a full manicure (I.e no cuticle care or hand cream etc). I believe they take on to many customers and therefore the service is patchy and slow. I wouldn’t recommend.

  The lady started my nails then left me sitting there for over 45 minutes while she did another lady, 
  Then the man came to do my nails he was very rough he kept wiping his nose while working on my nails I was disgusted, he bent my fingers actually hurting them
  They start ur nails so you don’t walk out then do other people. My daughter and I will never go to jade nails again. 
  I can’t change the star rating on here I give them 0/5

  My nail gel peeled off after I had my nails done before I left for Europe. Staff appear miserable.
