  Once again on Tuesday an item I picked for grandson was incorrect price whilst I was at checkout. assistant went to the trouble to say it was incorrect and brought back another dinosaur that was cheaper and he loves it. Thank you

  After sitting on the phone for 20 minutes listening to it ring out, I’ve decided to leave a review since answering phones is a hard task for K-Mart staff.
  On Wednesday I spent $182 on six items of clothing as I am starting a new job, today my room mate attempted to return the two pairs of work pants on my behalf as they did not fit and I did not have the time to return them.
  My room mate attempted to refund them on to her card, she was then told that she could not do this as it is apparently fraudulent activity. Apparently people pick up receipts “all the time” according to the staff member and steal stuff to try to return it, they then proceeded to accuse her of this and would not refund the money.
  Now I ask…
  
  If someone found a receipt for $182 and six items of clothing, would that dishonest person not try to return $182 worth of stuff… instead of $70 on two pants?
  A simple solution would have been to contact me and I would confirm the card number, but just like answering phones at K-Mart it appears to be also a hard task.
  
  I hope the store manager reads this and instructs their staff to be more customer service based, instead of making simple minded accusations against an individual.
  
  It is beyond disrespectful and appalling to directly accuse someone of stealing without proof… so please K-Mart Robina, do better in future.

  I can mostly find what I’m looking for at Kmart, however, lately the variety and quantity of stock seems to be depleted - I ended up having to go over the road to Silly Sollies to get the item I needed. The service was better there too. Time to pull your socks up Kmart !

  I buy almost everything here. Love the shop and how it is so big, good deals and not expensive clothes. One thing is I couldn't find long work skirts but that's about it. Don't see any problem with a self checkouts ;) it's all good

  Cheap prices and big selection. Staff thin on the ground and layout is terrible
