  Thanks for the professional service on the same day I made a last minute appointment when many doctors were either booked out or shut as it was the day after Boxing Day and my usual dr was on holidays!!
  I finally got an appointment with Dr Preveen at Robina bulk billing medical centre (on the hill) as I had an operation last week so had to get the stitches checked. Dr Praveen was kind, caring, took the time to listen and didn’t rush my appointment, he also checked my stitches himself.
  Great experience as it has been years, (2015 ) since my last visit and all the staff were professional even when they got busy.

  Fantastic medical practice. Excellent doctors. Wonderful receptionists and nurse. They offer all allied health services and really care for you as a patient. I have been going to the practice for five years and I wold never think of going anywhere else. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking medical help.

  First time visit. Receptionist was nice. Poor lady worked all by herself with phone calls keep coming in, and deal with patients come in to the counter at the same time, plus whatever works she need to do. She managed perfectly with smiles but I can see the stress she is having in her mind. Doctor was also showed care and professional.

  First time here with my 1.5 year old. They managed to get me in with no issues in such short notice. Reception was really friendly and Dr was great. Will definitely go back there

  Always on time. Caring doctors. I’ve moved to a new suburb but I still come back to Robina. Bulk billed too!

  I booked an appointment and I didn't have to wait for a week! The day of my appointment, I went in and was seen by the doctor after 1 minute I entered the medical centre. Great place!

  The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Dr. Lin is highly professional and efficient. Glad that I found a good local GP

  Doctor was professional, nice and friendly however practice was not and I won't return as they made me feel like I was a second class citizen due to not having the second covid jab already and reception initially prompted me that due to this I would likely need to to wait outside and not even be allowed to sit, even though there was no one at all waiting in the waiting room nor any other reason at all.. Literally no symptoms and answered no to all the 'do you have flu like symptoms' questions - just discrimination shown toward me due to my not having the second jab (apparently based on a government requirement..however it's the only practice I've been that's claimed this.. So not sure that is true) Will go somewhere else, where the business treats everyone equal and without discrimination.
