  A guy walked out half way through my order with no explanation of why. When the replacement came, she served the girl behind me as I thought he was coming back as he left with no explanation. When I asked if he’s coming back as it had been several minutes, the young lady just said he left and when I asked why I was left standing there, she interrupted me repeatedly saying “want to order or not?” I am shocked. Definitely will not be spending my money here again. I’d rather drive to somewhere more respectful.

  Absolutely disgusting service ever single time.
  Staff are rude, never acknowledge you, always get your order wrong and are incredibly slow. It’s like they are depressed.
  
  Every time we order subway off Uber eats from there as well it’s always an hour or so late because the staff can’t be bothered to make the order.
  
  We live in robina and have decided to drive to the mermaid one from now on just to get service with a smile and what we actually order.
  
  Disgusting. Management need to fix this user. We have complained multiple times and have been told we can have a free sub.
  We don’t want a free sub, we want the staff to be trained better in customer service,

  If i could mark 0 starts i would Teenagers taking on night shift and having no bread cooked up for customers then not speaking up at all to inform them and when they do they mumble it. Stop giving jobs to rugrats and get an actual human being in there to do the job right!

  10/10 I’ve been going to this subway ever since I could remember, I am always greeted by the most friendly staff. Holly, Emma, Hanna and Aidan are always there when I go, and I personally love whenever they make my subs because they are always so enthusiastic and helpful.

  Ordered 4 quesadillas, almost empty, literally just a few tiny strips of cheese and a few tiny trips of onions.
  
  Reminded her that is not the usual amount I get at other subway, reluctantly add one more tiny piece of cheese. Worst subway experience ever. ( I have never given a shop lower than 3 stars rating) think about it.
