My Fiance whom I am going to Marry in 5 days came back to the carpark at Robina town Centre walking like she is pregnant and had to find a right position to sit. The technician tore the skin off while doing brazillian wax by half a thumb long near to her urinal passage. When we got back, going to the loo was dreadful for my wife to be. My poor wife to be can't walk properly and going to toilet is nightmare. The is no remorse from staff and area manager for the damage even the owner. They haven't even said one apology.
